"We have had our auto and homeowners insurance with State Farm and Harlan Parker for years. This afternoon I was trying to make a payment using the automated phone system and encountered an issue. I called Harlan's office and spoke with Janice Moore. She pulled up our policies and was able to assist me in completing the payment. In talking with Janice, I was asking questions about the policy we have on our rental property and verifying the renewal date. I mentioned that I was trying to make sure I was budgeting appropriately and keeping everything on track since property taxes are also coming due and they would be increasing. Janice mentioned that the insurance for the rental property could be paid every six months or even quarterly vs. annually if that worked for my budgeting better. Janice was able to tell me what my quarterly payments would be and when they would come due. Janice was wonderful to work with and not only helped me with the original reason for my phone call, but also lowered my stress level by letting me know that quarterly payments were an option for the rental property insurance! If you're looking for an insurance agent with staff (Janice) that truly hear you when you talk, Harlan Parker is the one!"
